Outreach at Lord of Life
We partnered with Interfaith of The Woodlands to Adopt a Senior again this Christmas season! Each senior can request a $50 gift card of their choice, and you can add a note in a non-religious holiday card. They are due to the church office by November 28thSign up here
Gifts for Foster Children - We will support children in foster care through Upbring (formerly Lutheran Social Services) this holiday season by purchasing Christmas gifts! They are due to the church office no later than December 5th at 11am. Sign up here.
Gifts for Seafarers - Fill and wrap a shoebox to give as a gift to a seafarer returning from a long stretch at sea, separated from family and friends this holiday season. Empty boxes are under the table in the Welcome Center with a list with suggested items. Return completed boxes to the same table by Sunday, Dec. 19th. Fun shopping for the whole family! Children's Ministries at Lord of Life
Sunday School for kids age 3 through 4th grade meets in KOK hallway, Rm 1 at 9:45.
Club 56 (for 5th & 6th graders) meets at 9:45am upstairs in Rm 26.
There will be no Sunday School Thanksgiving weekend, Sunday, Nov. 21.
Joyful Noise: Accepting new members!! Beginner's handbell choir for kids in Grades 3-6. Rehearsals on Wednesdays at 7pm. Email Carrie Kessler or call (281) 367-7016.
Movie Night - Saturday, Nov. 13 at 6:30 in the parking lot at LOL. Double Feature: Home Alone and a Marvel movie. Serving popcorn, candy and drinks. Bring lawn chairs!
Parents Night Out - Need a night out during the busy holiday season? Pencil it in! Focus on yourself, your friends, your spouse or some last minute Christmas details. We’ve got your covered Dec.10, 5:30-9pm. For kids 6 month old through 6th grade. $25 for the first child, $15 for each sibling. Pay now or at the door. Pizza & popcorn will be served. Kids will enjoy crafts, games and a holiday movie!

Teen Life Ministry
(7th-12th grade) Sunday School every Sunday from 9:45-10:45am.

COMING UP:
November 13 - Chili Cook Off and Movie Night
June 11-17 Mission Trip to Wyoming to serve the Kindness Ranch. The Kindness Ranch works with ex lab and research animals and rehabilitates them for home adoption. We will be working directly with the animals and working to serve the ranch. For current 8th -12th graders.
Cost is $450 with $100 due as a deposit to sign up. Sign up by January 31.
