Perennial Artisan Ales collaboration with The Wine & Cheese Place (2021): Maman is Perennial's purest expression of stout in oak and presents a luxurious combination of cocoa, caramel, vanilla, and maple wrapped up with a big boozy bow. This batch is a three-barrel Knob Creek blend. Two, fourteen-year-old Knob Creek Bourbon barrels and a Knob Creek Rye barrel. The beer rested for two years in the barrels before being blended and bottled exclusively for The Wine & Cheese Place in St. Louis.
Side Project Brewing (2020): Beer:Barrel:Time. Our ideal barrel-aged imperial stout consists of rich chocolate from the malt bill and a balanced experience of vanilla, coconut, and bourbon from the barrel and aging. We hit all of those notes once again with this blend. For Beer:Barrel: Time 2020, we chose a blend of our stout recipes that consists of: O.W.K. recipe aged in Willett Bourbon barrels for 15 months; O.W.K. recipe aged in Eagle Rare Bourbon barrels for 32 months; O.W.K. recipe aged in Weller 12 Bourbon barrels for 24 months; Derivation Blend #2 recipe aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels for 36 months; Vibes recipe aged in Knob Creek Bourbon barrels for 28 months.

This batch was aged in four Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels where it rested for two years before being blended and bottled exclusively for the Craft Beer Cellar in St. Louis.
