Volleyball Recap:
The 5
th
-8
th
volleyball team had two games this past week. On Tuesday, they faced a tough INCA team. Despite facing tough serves from the Patriots, the girls did not give up, showing great improvement in the second set. The Eagles fell to INCA 5-25 and 20-25. Thursday, the Eagles played the Knights of Mt. Pleasant. The girls hustled and worked together to put together many long volleys. For one particular point the girls had a bump, set, spike, four times in one volley. The Eagles defeated the Knights in three sets 25-15, 21-25, and 15-9. Way to go girls!
Coaches Needed:
5/6 Girls Basketball Head Coach, 5/6 Girls Basketball Assistant Coach, 7/8 Girls Basketball Head Coach, 7/8 Girls Basketball Assistant Coach.
The responsibilities for these positions includes providing supervision at all practices and games, teaching sports specific skills and games strategies, maintaining game stats, and upholding all policies in the HCS Parent/Student Handbook and Athletic Policy.
