STUDENT FEES HAVE BEEN UPDATED
You should have received invoices from MYSCHOOLBUCKS with fees for your student/s. Fees have been assigned for ALL four terms, however, you do not have to pay for all terms at this time. You can pay for Term 1 classes now, Term 2 classes in Term 2 and so on. You can also make partial payments if you wish. It helps to be able to "chip away" at those larger fees like AP tests for example. Having all the fees showing for your student/s will help with looking at the big picture of what's to come and maybe facilitate budgeting for those fees.
Unfortunately, MySchoolBucks does not show the due date for the the course fees. If you look in Infinite Campus, you can see those dates. Please feel free to call Renee Susman (CV Bookkeeper) at 303-387-9007 if you have any questions.
As a reminder and for your reference, here is an easy step by step guide to learn how to set up an account and pay for your student/s fees.

BATTLE OF THE BOOKS
Does your student love to read? Castle View is forming teams now for the DCSD Battle of the Books; no experience necessary. Battle of the books is a friendly team competition where students choose books, generate questions, and then have a trivia type competition about the books they have read. The commitment level is minimal but the fun level is HIGH. If your student/s are interested please have them see either Ms. Owens in the Library or Ms. Bay in Counseling.

STUDENTS GOING TO GHANA, AFRICA: BUILDING CARE PACKAGES
A teacher and coach here at Castle View (Ben Wolfe) could use your help. He is taking students to Ghana, Africa for the 4th straight year during fall break. They are creating care packages to give to the kids they will be working with through Challenging Heights. (CH is an organization that rescues kids (sadly, as young as 5 years old to 18 years old) from trafficking and rehabilitates them at their own center.) In preparation for their trip, Mr. Wolfe and his students would love to get as many shoe boxes/care packages filled by  September 20th. They appreciate your support and so does all the children you will be bringing a smile to. :)
Email  BEN WOLFE with any questions or to coordinate drop off.
