2019 Pumpkinfest Costume Contest 

ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED BUT YOU CAN STILL REGISTER IN PERSON AT THE FESTIVAL. CHECK-IN AT THE GSRM ACOUSTIC CORNER STAGE AT THE PUBLIC SQUARE IN DOWNTOWN FRANKLIN. PLEASE CHECK-IN BY 11:15 AM.

Dress in your most festive garb and join The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County at our annual costume contest at the 36th Annual Pumpkinfest presented by Jackson.

Contestants will be divided into the following categories:
Ages 0-2
Ages 3-6
Ages 7-12
Ages 13+ (Teenagers & Adults)
Groups

Winners from each category will win fun prizes!

Contestants should register online by Friday, October 25. After that date, contestants will need to register in person at the festival.

All contestants should plan to arrive by 11:00 am on Saturday October 26. Check-in will be at the GSRM Acoustic Corner Stage under the tent close to City Hall. Participants will line up by age group and walk in a parade to the Harpeth Square Main Stage for judging.

The costume contest is free and open to everyone.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Contestants should wear costumes that are appropriate for a family event. Costumes that are culturally offensive will not be permitted (i.e. racist, discriminatory, sexually explicit, etc.).

2. Adults may wear face masks only during the parade and costume contest. Adult face masks are not permitted throughout the festival at any other time.

3. No weapons of any kind are permitted as part of a costume.

4. Contestants are required to check in no later than 15 mintues prior to the contest.

5. Contestants who participate in any actions or behavior that Festival Officials consider “misconduct” or “inappropriate” prior/during contest, will be disqualified (ie. Instigating arguments with fellow contestants, discriminatory actions towards other contestants, etc).

6. By entering contest, all participants grant the Heritage Foundation permission to use images for promotional purposes.
