Hello Sunshine,

Let's get wild this week at Sunshine!
This weekend heralds the beginning of spring. The blue sky and green grass can make even the grumpiest of humans smile. It feels like a fresh start for humanity this year. I offer a suggestion for all of the Sunshine Tribe. Walk outside any time the sun is out and tilt your face up to the sun to feel the light on your face. Take a deep breath and absorb all of the air your can before you slowly let it out. You will feel an immediate lifting of your mood.

Today, Sunday, Jennifer will be leading Goat Yoga and there is still time to sign up and show up. See the details below.

Aerial teacher training is running next weekend. This is the last chance to sign up, the link is below.

Also, Sunshine School of Yoga has the dates and times of our fall training sessions up and available to register or just learn more. Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.

This week we explore Wild Thing. Wild Thing is one of my favorite postures and books. You might remember the book 'Where the Wild Things Are,' by Maurice Sendak where Max travels off to exotic lands to tame the wild things, being a wild thing himself. I feel this on so many levels. I love the fact I have yoga to tame the wild wondering mind within and aerial to spin and twirl and be as wild as possible, safely, and be home for dinner.

At one time I believed Wild Thing was a made-up pose, but it's not. Also, know as Camtkarasana translated into the ecstatic unfolding of the enraptured heart. How beautiful and truly descriptive. This sums up exactly how I feel in the pose and why I never want to rush it. Hopefully, you do too. WILD THING is our #SunshinePoseoftheWeek.

Find the best version of wild thing for your body and show us a post on social media. Use the hashtags
#sunshineposeoftheweek #sunshinetribe and @sunshineyogashack. Without the hashtag and studio tag, I may not see your entry. Every post you make is an entry. There are 4 weeks and 4 poses before we draw the winner. The winner will be able to choose a new Manduka yoga mat or bolster from Manduka.com.

Love and Light!
Lynn
