Join the City of Hagerstown in partnership with the Washington County Arts Council for free concerts at the City Park Band Shell! Bring your own blanket or a lawn chair and maintain social distance between yourself and others at the event. Limited seating will be available on the band shell benches. Treat yourself to concessions at Nena's Curbside Cafe, located by the new playground in City Park! Guests will be asked to maintain social distance and follow CDC health & safety guidelines. Concert begins at 6pm.
City of Hagerstown Department of Community & Economic Development brings Josh Morningstar's performance on Friday, August 28! University Plaza, 50 W. Washington St., Hagerstown, MD, 5-8 pm. Bring a chair or blanket, get some takeout from one of our great downtown restaurants, and enjoy a wonderful evening of music! Alcohol in non-breakable containers permitted. 6' distancing from others and masks when you cannot maintain that distance are required. Capacity in the Plaza will be limited to 50% (~275 people).

Washington County Gives is a 24-hour, online giving promotion hosted by the Community Foundation of Washington County MD for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Washington County, Maryland. This annual event gives the Washington County Arts Councils and local nonprofits the opportunity to raise unrestricted dollars and receive and prize money!

The Best Local Art of 2020
The Washington County Arts Council, Inc. invites local artists working in any medium to submit their best new works for WCAC’s “Annual Community Art Show: The Best Local Art of 2020.” The juried community art exhibit will be on display virtually and in the gallery from December 3, 2020 through January 5, 2021.
