Show-Day Exhibitor Newsletter
The Show-Day Exhibitor Newsletter (delivered to your inbox every morning) is your link to the daily updates of what's happening during the boat show.

In This Issue:
Thank You!

Our Toronto Boat Show team would like to thank all exhibitors for their hard work and cooperation during the time leading up to the show, move-in and the 10 days of the show.

It is our pleasure to work with you each year!

We rely on many temporary staff throughout the two weeks. They deserve a sincere "thank you," as well.

Thank you, also, to our collaborative boat show committee, our generous 2020 sponsors, and exceptional feature presenters.

We are most grateful to each and every one of you who lends your talent and support toward the production of North America's largest indoor boat show.

We wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous 2020, and look forward to working together on a successful 2021 show.

Have a safe trip home. We'll "See you on the water"!

benchesMove-Out: Benches, Garbage & Doors
PLEASE MOVE BENCHES:
Throughout the show, there are 100 aisle benches, courtesy of Mercury Marine.

Please assist with a smooth move-out by moving them into your space when the show closes at 5PM. This facilitates the carpet crew who will be able to remove aisle carpets quickly and efficiently.

All benches will be collected during the evening.

PLEASE REMOVE GARBAGE:
During move-out, we ask that you take as much of your garbage, waste and recyclables [skids, crates, large carpet rolls or pieces] with you. Your cooperation helps keep facility costs down, and prevents the need of passing on these expenses.

DO NOT PROP DOORS OPEN DURING MOVE-OUT:
Using unauthorized doors could set off alarms, and "propping doors open" (for a smoke break or quick run to the car, etc.) invites security issues including thefts.
parkingparkingmMove-Out: Towing & Parking Notices
Parking During Move-Out:
Exhibitor Parking for move-out on Monday and Tuesday will open at 6AM. Use the west entrance (across from BMO field) to access underground parking.

Help us to help you!

We all want a smooth, efficient move-out, and illegally parked vehicles will impede the flow, causing move-out delays and frustration for everyone.

Unauthorized Vehicles Will Get Towed:
A reminder that unauthorized vehicles on Manitoba Drive and in the east and west loading docks will be tagged.

Vehicles parked there Saturday and Sunday will be tagged and towed.
