Institutional Action Projects (IAPs) are the capstone of the Fellowship year. Designed to expand leadership skills and institutional visibility, they also meet an organizational goal or need - making an impact on the Fellows' institutions and beyond. This year's class had the added challenge of working on their IAPs during a global pandemic, and yet they rose to this challenge. You can now view the impressive array of projects presented by the 25th anniversary class on our website. Congratulations again to this outstanding class of Fellows, on pushing through with projects that are truly making an impact.
