In these fragile times, overshadowed by widespread pandemic, racial strife and political polarization, never has there been a greater need for faith to play a role to build understanding and bridge divides. For over a quarter of a century The Faith & Politics Institute has inspired hundreds of political leaders to reflect and engage with one another in a bipartisan forum for the good of our nation.  This week's "Online Briefing for Faith Leaders," hosted by the San Francisco Interfaith Council and supported by the COVID Command Center's Joint Information Center Virtual Outreach Team welcomes Washington, DC-based Faith & Politics Institute President and CEO Joan Mooney to learn more about her work and shine a spotlight on the challenges and opportunities faith can play in promoting civil discourse and influencing social justice in these times of the COVID-19.
