Hope you’re having a good week already. Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to bring you daily tech news about the San Diego ecosystem and we’d love to hear how we are doing. Can you fill out this quick survey so we can continue to improve this newsletter?
We’ve had a lot of exciting tech happenings in SD recently, including small business digital tool startup GoSite raising $16 million in funding this week as it continues to grow incredibly fast. Something great to see is how much local capital has invested in GoSite, including Longley Capital, Serra Ventures (local partner), Ankona Capital, and Tech Coast Angels. Congrats to the GoSite team!
This week’s podcast features Alessandra Lezama, serial entrepreneur and second time on the pod, introduces us to her new startup Tootris, connecting parents with childcare. You can imagine how well it’s growing during Covid. Also, check out this week’s TritonTech article written by our new summer intern Sonam Jain about a new UCSD startup connecting students and projects to collaborate on - Collabs. Give Sonam a welcoming hello, check out our new content, and share it with your friends. Let’s continue to spread the SD tech love.
Cheers,
