How to Submit a Question, 

New Business or Secretary's Report 


Since the 2020 Annual Membership Meeting will be held via Zoom webinar, questions for the Board or Management can be submitted in advance.  To submit a question;
  • Email - [email protected]
  • Subject Line -  2020 Annual Meeting Question, New Business or 2019 Secretary's Report Dispute
  • Question Directed- Indicate to whom your question is directed (i.e.- Board, Management, Standing Committee etc..), or just indicate general question, new business or Secretary's Report dispute. 
  • Question- Type your question in body of email 
  • Include Name - Please make sure your name is included at the end of the email for recording of minutes. 
*Please remember the Treasurer's Report and Standing Committee Reports will be circulated approximately 7-10 days prior to meeting.  Your question may be answered by reviewing these reports.
