October Updates
A Happy Halloween, All Hallow's Eve, Day of the Dead, Samhain, and More to You All!

Did you know trick or treat used to be an actual choice for early potential treat-givers? One thing's in common - mischief is afoot and we do what we can to keep it to a cute hilarity. While we don't have candy to offer, we hope these updates will be almost as satisfying as treats - please no tricks!

What's New
Memberships

  • A digital membership card function that can email generated cards to registrants automatically is available. Call us for access and info.


Checkout

  • When not logged in, the link to log in from the public program register column says Log In, removing the word and connotation of 'register'.
  • Public registration checkout takes into account the site's time zone setting when assessing registration time restrictions.
  • For MX and Authorize.net gateways, the credit card page shows the icons of accepted credit cards & card type no longer needs to be selected.
  • When registering for POS products on the public side, the registrant for that product will be the member selected in the Register bar.
  • Public side convenience fee text block no longer references paying in office, but keeps wording about offline payment option.


Activities & Advanced Activities

  • The program coordinator phone number displays in the phone field on view/search programs if entered.
  • Public side programs that lack activities, such as informational ones, do not display text about adjustments calculating in checkout.
  • The Member Discount setting in Edit All Activities for all activity types can now be used with the Apply All feature.
  • When adding/updating single day pricing options to a time-based activity, you can choose whether the user will select the day or time first.


Rosters

  • Public coach roster default popup width size expanded to 900px
  • Public coach/instructor roster print format has been updated for better fit on fewer pages with related increased line by line legibility.


Reports

  • The summary layer of the program & activity expense report shows the notes for all expenses pertaining to each item and can be exported.
  • The comma delimited option for the roster export escapes from all quote marks on export while the tab delimited version removes them.
  • The paid and balance totals on the program payment/balance report have been re-calibrated.
  • Registrations for guests that are not part of a quantity setup show agreements to custom disclaimers in the disclaimer completion report.
  • A report is available to show absences by registrant or activity/program within the digital sign in report (in activity reports).


Accounts

  • An issue pertaining to auto-pay and passing on credit card fees was detected and patched. Please call us if you see arb fee-related balances.
  • An updated layer of sent tracking has been added to initial purchase invoices/receipts.


General

  • Management user passwords must be at least 12 characters in length.
  • Subject lines for change request statuses have been updated.
  • A search feature is available in Misc > Discussion Board that can search post titles and content for all words in the search in any order.
  • The email blast system now correctly labels grade 10 as 10 instead of K for display (had been replacing 0 with K for Kindergarten).
  • If management users have unique usernames and email addresses listed (encouraged), there is a login utility to reset password if forgotten.
