LEAP's Annual Report FY 2021
LEAP for Education's 2021 Annual Report tells the story of a remarkable year of resilience. As we begin celebrating our 20th Anniversary, please take a moment to enjoy the report and reflect upon the positive difference your generosity--through gifts, volunteer hours, and partnership support--has made in the lives of our students.
LEAP Students Say Thank You
Thanks to You LEAP’s 2nd Annual 5k is a Runaway Success!
You ran it. You walked it. You jumped it on horseback. Best of all, you did it: as of November 18, 120 participants in LEAP’s Virtual 5K raised $12,980, exceeding our goal by 29%! Stay tuned for the total amount raised and for our contest winners.
We would especially like to thank the organizations that sponsored teams bringing friendly competition and enthusiasm to the 5K. Kudos and congratulations to corporate partners: Brookwood Financial Partners LLC, Cell Signaling Technology, Frontier Technology, Inc., Iron Village Strength & Conditioning, New England Biolabs, OctoCog, and Steel Root. And to our non-profit friends at: the Lynn Education District, Salem Main Streets, and Root. We thank our civic leaders who put together teams: Lynn School Committee Member (and LEAP board member) Brian Castellanos, Salem School Committee Member (and LEAP board member) Manny Cruz, and Massachusetts (7th Essex) Representative Paul F. Tucker. LEAP is fortunate to be part of such a caring community, and we are grateful to all who participated in this year’s Virtual 5K.
