Island Creek Annual Membership Meeting Tuesday, Sept 24th
Island Creek Annual Meeting is Tuesday, September 24th at 7:00 p.m. at the Island Creek Elementary School.
The schedule for the meeting is as follows:
6:15 p.m. - Pizza
6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.- Registration
7:00 p.m. - Meeting Begins

There are two open board positions and three candidates. To see candidate statements click on name below:
and use the voting ID mailed to your house. If you lost your vote ID, contact communitymanager@islandcreek.org. E-votes must be submitted by 10 pm on September 23rd.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may select someone to act as your proxy to cast your vote for you either by
instructed proxy
(you choose the candidates) or
uninstructed proxy
(leaves how to vote up to the proxy holders discretion).
In order to conduct the meeting, we need a quorum of twenty percent (20%), or 209 owners, to be present either in person or by proxy. Two cash drawings will be awarded. Turn in your proxy to be eligible to win $75.00 or attend the meeting and be eligible to win $150.00.
