As part of David's ongoing partnership with the CT Nonprofit Alliance, he will be delivering his very popular, Building a Culture of Accountability webinar on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 via Zoom. The program provides leaders with a systematic way to overcome common barriers to accountability by focusing on a 4-phase accountability continuum which includes Role Clarity, Purpose, Ownership and Behavior.
When linked, this continuum allows employees at all levels to make significant progress with moving tasks forward to achieve a higher level of job impact and job satisfaction. Participants can expect to leave the webinar with new tools that can be applied immediately to expand their leadership influence. in 3 Delivery Formats
Based on the positive response to this new program and interest from a wide range of clients, the Leading in the Post-Pandemic World program is now available in 3 different delivery formats. The 90-minute version of the original 60-minute version allows participants to take a deeper dive on the Organizational Pulse activity and the Team Reflection Questions.
