Wednesday, October 2nd, 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

During the High Holidays, we are called to our community, to reflection, and to immerse ourselves in renewal and forgiveness. As we immerse ourselves in our tikkun atzmi (self repair) of the holiday, this class will offer an opportunity to stretch and breathe - finding resources within our bodies for our return and recommitment to our spirit.

This class is suitable for all levels and is taught by yoga teacher, Emilie Kahn. Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring any accessories (pillows, blankets, etc.) that enable you to feel relaxed and content.

Stuck on Honey Shabbat
Friday, October 4th, 5:30 p.m.

We invite you to a very special honey-themed Shabbat as we transition into the New Year. Joined by Bees In The D, we will explore the role that honey plays in the environment and within various Jewish traditions. Green Toe Gardens, local beekeepers and honey purveyors, will be selling their honey so that we can all begin 5780 with sweetness. We look forward to ringing in the New Year with you!
