Students travel to a country outside of the U.S. to study a topic of their choosing while working with a faculty instructor. Students from all practice methods, areas and curriculum tracks are eligible to apply and will receive 1-6 elective credits for the global experience. Students can focus their study on service learning, language learning, research, internships and more. Global Independent Study students are eligible for up to  $2,000  to help cover the cost of their experience.
Global Social Work Event Grant

OGA offers event grants to the School of Social Work students who would like to propose and plan an event with a global theme.
Student events that have been proposed and funded in the past include showing a documentary with a global focus, hosting a discussion afterward, and organizing a panel of social workers who have done work abroad. Events are not limited to these categories, and we encourage students to get creative and propose something new.

Two grants, each up to $125, are available in the fall semester.

Program evaluation has grown dramatically in the last several decades. As the field has grown, so have the number of places posting evaluation jobs. If you’re looking for a job, there has never been a single place to go to see all jobs in evaluation.

This website does the searching so you don’t have to. It has done the hard work of scouring dozens of websites to find evaluation jobs around the world and brought them in one place.
