Healthy Eating Options and Free Seminars!
Eating, what we eat and how we eat all play a large part in our overall health. There's many foods that we're told is good for us, but we pass by due to how comfortable we've gotten just grabbing a bag of chips to snack on instead. Not only does this impact us, but it also impacts our children as they develop their eating habits off of what they see around the house and watch us eat. Give yourself and your children some healthier snacking options and you will be blessed with a healthier body and family!

Healthy Snacking Options
Snacking and sending snack to school with your children can be a tough venture. It's easy to reach for the pre-packaged snacks that might not be best for your child's health, but wait! Take a look at our staff's favorite healthy snacks below and then check the links for some healthy snack options!

Tom B. - Kosher pickles or yogurt.
Jon W. - Oranges or clementines.
Mike L. - Honeycrisp apples with chunky peanut butter or pineapple.
Emily M. - Fruit smoothies, specifically with banana, strawberry, almond milk, peanut butter and a little chocolate.
Rob V. - Cheese and pepperoni or peaches.
Jim M. - Gala apple slices.
Cooking with the Kids Virtual Seminar
Our kids learn so much from us, so why not have them learn healthy habits and how to cook as well? Main Line Health thought the same thing and is hosting a valuable webinar on involving your kids in the kitchen and teaching them how to be healthy eaters.
