Cristina Tahoces, DHN, NNCP
Owner, Thrive Nutrition Practice

Cristina Tahoces is a holistic nutritionist, TEDx speaker and owner of Thrive Nutrition Practice, a global online wellness business focused on building physical and mental health resilience to stress. Prior to becoming a nutritionist, Cristina enjoyed a decade long global career in capital markets. Today, she focuses on developing nutritional programs to support corporate professionals increase productivity, reduce sick days and be more physically and emotionally resilient to stress. In 2017, she shared her nutritional strategy “Sleep Love Poop” on the TEDx stage as part of the TED Women’s Global Conference. Cristina graduated with First Class Honours from the Edison Institute of Nutrition in Toronto, where she earned a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition. She is registered as a Natural Nutritional Clinical Practitioner with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners, the leading professional organization for nutritionists in Canada. She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. Her research & thought leadership on post-natal women’s health has been published on Thrive Global.
