Emergency Notification Test
Bishop Chatard will conduct a test of its Emergency Notification System (SchoolMessenger) on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 1 p.m. A message will be sent to parents/guardians via email, phone call and/or text message at that time (using the contact information each family provided in PowerSchool).

Important notice for parents of freshmen and other students new to BCHS in 2019-2020:
Parents of freshmen and other students new to Bishop Chatard must "opt-in" to our SchoolMessenger system in order to receive urgent notifications  via text message  from BCHS. This would include notification of weather-related delays or cancellations, or any other time-sensitive situation that the school needs to communicate to you. Please Note: Parents are automatically registered to receive emails and phone calls. This additional step is required only to receive text messages.

To register your number, text "Y" (for "yes") to 67587. You should receive a response that says you are registered.

Parents who have changed their mobile phone number in the last year must also go through the opt-in process to receive mobile calls and texts at the new mobile phone number.
