Parents will gather in the gym for a school wide message from Mrs. Ryan before going to your children's individual classrooms for teacher presentations. Parents with more than 1 child, please attend your older child's classroom for the first presentation. Teachers will repeat their presentations again during the 2nd round.

Dear Parents,

I hope to see you all at tomorrow's Back to School Night. This is your best opportunity to hear first hand what your child's teachers have planned for the school year and how you can help at home to maximize your child's educational opportunities at St. Rose. 

The evening begins at 6:30 PM in the gym when I will make a presentation on the state of the school and some of the school wide initiatives we are working on. There will also be time to peruse various extra-curricular activities, catch up with old friends, and sign-up for service hour opportunities before the classroom presentations take place.

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED IN ADVANCE 
  • If ordering WEEKLY - your order must be placed no later than WEDNESDAY the week before.
  • If ordering MONTHLY - your order for the next month must be placed by the LAST WEDNESDAY of each month.
  • St. Rose office will no longer ADD ON students who do not order in time. If you miss the order deadline, please send your child to school with a lunch. 
MORNING PARKING REMINDER
Parents, PLEASE do not park in the Faculty parking lot. The numbered spaces are assigned to a staff member. Do Not Park There.   Thank You.

AFTER SCHOOL PICK-UP REMINDER
Beginning TMRW - ONLY Kindergarten parents should arrive on campus at 2:30 to pick up. Kindergarten dismisses at 2:30pm and those parents have priority in the traffic circle.  Kindergarten parents who wish to gather out front must find a place to park. Do not leave your car in the traffic circle unattended.

1st - 8th parents - PLEASE do not arrive on campus until AFTER 2:40pm. Trust us when we say, timing will be everything!  
CN dismisses at 2:25pm and SR parents can not be lined up in the parking lot until AFTER 2:40PM.  
We can not block the flow of traffic for CN dismissal.  
PLEASE share this information with all who pick up your children.
