Ezra Tekwenyi
Kitalale Home
8 years old - 1st grade
Loves swinging and tending the animals


Please pray for Ezra's progress in school as he is struggling with focus and understanding.


Christine Chebet
Kitalale Home
10 years old - 4th grade
Loves playing games and braiding hair

Christie enjoys being mentored by the older girls at the home and is becoming a dedicated and joyful helper with household chores. Please pray she will continue to mature both socially and emotionally.


Abraham Nyolke
Kikuyu Home
9 years old - 3rd grade
Loves to recite Bible verses

Abraham loves to help take care of the animals at the home. The staff has seen significant growth in Abraham emotionally, spiritually, and physically recently and we praise God for his progress.



Vivian Njoki
Kikuyu Home
9 years old - School for special needs

Vivian has made great strides in her communication and abilities to take care of herself physically. The time spent at home with the staff during COVID-19 has been great for her and we are so thankful for all the growth we've seen.

Special Requests
  • Abraham Kiboki, Director of Operations - Kenya, lost his father-in-law this past weekend. Please pray for peace and comfort for his wife, Sammary, and their entire family.
  • Tony from our Kikuyu home moved to a new high school recently. Please pray for a quick and easy adjustment for him.
  • The staff at the Kikuyu home is looking for a new special needs school for Daniel and Isaac that will better serve their needs, both physically and academically. Please pray for wisdom for them as they search for just the right fit.
  • Please pray for wisdom for our US staff as we are making decisions regarding the 2021 Gala event.
  • Pray for a hedge of protection around our children and staff as they stay safe from the COVID-19 virus. So far there have been no cases in either of our homes.


Please pray for the children in our Kikuyu and Kitalale homes in the following ways:
  • Pray for their spiritual growth and that the seeds planted in their hearts by the Word of God will grow and flourish
  • Pray for good physical health and growth as well as protection from disease/sickness
  • Pray for determination and a strong work ethic in school
  • Pray for healthy emotional growth, increased self confidence and healing from any past traumas

Please pray for the staff in the following ways:
  • Pray for wisdom as they make decisions on behalf of the children and the ministry
  • Pray for physical and spiritual protection for them and their families
  • Pray for a strong connection of love and care between the Kenyan staff and the children
