We hope you enjoy this monthly newsletter from the Training & Education Program at the Center for Tobacco Independence.
What are Puff Bars?
With all the innovation in electronic nicotine delivery system devices (also called ENDS, or e-cigarettes), and the various laws and flavor restrictions that have been enacted, you’d be forgiven for losing track. What are kids using now? How do they get their devices?

Enter “Puff Bars,” and other disposable ENDS devices. These one-time use products mimic the JUUL and others like it, they’re easily attainable online, and they’ve already become very popular with youth. Because they are not refillable, they skirt the flavor restrictions that have targeted the JUUL.
