Weekly Analyst Review
BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: In the last week, we have been following the emergence of a Far-Right Extremism Telegram Channel, that combines Neo-Nazism, White Supremacy, Nordic and Slavic Mythology, and Accelerationism to recruit a Far-Right Segment of the Juggalo Movement. Although the Juggalos movement is traditionally leftist, there is recent overlap between the far-right and the Juggalos movement. As illustrated by this Telegram channel's propaganda embracing the Juggalos subculture with Accelerationism. This is a highly unusual development considering the context of the Juggalos movement and the over all 'racists clown world' - a concept that the world has become so insane that the collapse of society is imminent. The propaganda from this channel has been embraced by the overall Terrorgram Collective and cross-promoted across dozens of channels.

TRAC INCIDENT REPORT: Significant Fighting Reported in Baghlan between Taliban (IEA) and Anti-Taliban Elements, Meanwhile Reinforcements Arrive in Northern Alliance Stronghold of Panjshir, Afghanistan
As of 24 August 2021, new video evidence shows well armed anti-Taliban (IEA) Northern Alliance reinforcements heading via convoy to Panjshir province, drawing into question the degree to which the Taliban has achieved the tactical advantage it claims. With the enormous numbers of fighters flocking to Panjshir also draws into question why the Taliban are unable to stop insurgent movement from nearby provinces. The Taliban have the need to show the world that they are the desired governing force in Afghanistan.  Reports of forced IEA telecommunication black outs in Baghlan province demonstrate the desire of the Taliban to keep the outcomes of conflict in that region under wraps, indicating a large degree of worry among the Jihadist outfit of the optics of fighting their last pocket of resistance, The Northern Alliance, whom they refer to as insurgents.
The Northern Alliance is in danger of being choked out by the Taliban, based on their location they will need to re-open supply lines into Tajikistan overland. For now, the Northern Alliance appears to have several political powerhouses in their leadership:

  • former vice president, Amrullah Saleh,
  • former Defense Minister, Bismillah Khan,
  • notorious warlord Abdul Rashid Dostum, as well as
  • the son of the infamous 'Loin of Panjshir' Ahmad Massoud, and his uncle
  • Ahmad Zia Massoud.

TRAC INCIDENT REPORT: Proud Boys Organize "Political Prisoner" Protest Outside of Correctional Facility to Protest Imprisonment of 6 January "Patriots"; White Lives Matter (WLM) Joins the Protest, Sanford, Florida
Since the siege on the United States Capitol on 6 January 2021, hundreds have been charged with involvement in the demonstration and several have been imprisoned. Right-wing organizations across the country are holding rallies to protest those that have been imprisoned, referring to them as "political prisoners" and "patriots". On 21 August, the Proud Boys and other members of the far-right held a protest outside of John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Sanford, Florida to protest what they believe to be the unjust imprisonment of 6 January "patriots". This protest was centered around Proud Boys member, Joe "Rambo" Biggs, who is currently incarcerated at this correctional facility for his participation in the riot. In the days leading up to this event it was promoted on Telegram as a rally to support the "political prisoners" that have been unfairly imprisoned. Proud Boys chairman, Enrique Tarrio was also present at this event, wearing a "Right Wing Death Squad" t-shirt. "Right Wing Death Squad". A phrase made famous by the racist Atomwaffen group, referring to people who have moved beyond simply becoming aware and acknowledging the atrocities against the far-right, but have committed to taking action against these enemies. This is also known as becoming "black pilled".
