Join IAWF NorCal Chapter's Fall Wellness Retreat in Los Gatos
IAWF's NorCal Chapter will host its first Fall Wellness Retreat on Sunday, September 29th in Los Gatos, CA. The day will include yoga and live music led by Charanpal Kaur, Meditation Through Movement led by Shirin Hedayat, and a session about aging gracefully with Dr. Nooshin DarvishNikki Mirghafori, PhD will also lead a session called "Cultivating Kindness Towards Self & Others" and Sima Hasehmifar will discuss having a wise relationship with technology. This is sure to be a great day for self-reflection and learning to navigate your life with greater wisdom and ease. Find more details and purchase tickets  here. Boston Women's Leadership Conference on November 10th
IAWF is excited for our next Women's Leadership Conference in Boston, MA on Sunday, November 10th at the Harvard Club. This will be our 19th conference, and the first in this historic city! Check out our website to stay posted on our exciting speakers and topics. 
 
IAWF is proud to offer its Mentorship to Internship program to students and graduates who seek a boost in their professional lives. We can help connect you to an expert in your field, providing you with a wealth of knowledge and advice to guide you in your educational and professional paths. Mentors can help broaden your network and offer invaluable insight that can even help you get internships or career opportunities. Nazgol Saati

As Director of Finance at KS Partners, a locally owned and managed real estate holding company with over 5 million square feet of commercial property throughout New England, Nazgol Saati oversees the implementation of the company's investment and operating strategies and further manages the financial planning and reporting for all of the company's investments. Nazgol came to KS partners with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Having joined Bankers Trust Company in 1985, her fifteen year career spanned from the LBO Group in Los Angeles to the Private Equity, Restructuring Advisory and Distressed Debt Trading Groups in New York.  Yo u can read more  here .

Holly Dagres is a nonresident fellow with the Middle East Security Initiative at the Atlantic Council's Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. She is also the editor of Scowcroft Center's IranSource blog and curator for the weekly newsletter, The Iranist. Before joining the Atlantic Council, Holly worked as a freelance Iran analyst, regularly following traditional and social media in English and Persian. She also worked as the assistant editor at the Cairo Review of Global Affairs, associated with the American University in Cairo's Global Affairs and Public Policy School. She regularly gives analysis for television, radio, and print, including BBC News, CNN, Fox News, NBC News, the New York Times, the Telegraph, and Washington Post. You can read more here.
Behnoush Babzani

Behnoush Babzani has dedicated her life to serving her community as a Social Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, Certified Life Coach and Writer. She is a two-time survivor of a rare life-threatening blood disorder and a bone marrow transplant. Though doctors were transparent of all the risks of this treatment and procedure, Behnoush used unique and innovative life tools along with her positive mindset to beat the odds. Through her experience, she learned there is a desperate need for more bone marrow donors on the National Donor Registry. She used that inspiration to become the Founder and Executive Director of the Non-Profit Organization, Project Marrow. Monir Jalili is the President of InstantFigure, Inc. Certified Women's Business Enterprise. She has been a well-known figure in the fashion industry since 1985 and has founded many young, new companies and built them into multi-million-dollar businesses. She has launched, designed, manufactured and operated many women-based businesses, from young contemporary to conservative missy fashion collections of swimwear, sportswear and evening wear, from casual, formal, to bridal. Monir has been and still is very active in American and Iranian communities. She has been a part of many great causes in empowering women one such as being a speaker at the American Women's Empowerment and was nominated for the Annual Women in Business Award, and a member of The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
