Public Hearing:
Sexual Harassment in the Workplace across New York City

The New York City Commission on Human Rights will hold a public hearing and take testimony on the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace across New York City and how New York City
government can best address these issues.

The hearing will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at the CUNY School of Law, Dave Fields Auditorium, 2 Court Square, Long Island City, New York 11101.  

Anyone can testify at the public hearing by  e-mail, in writing,  or by speaking at the Hearing. Written comments must be submitted on or before December 6, 2017.

Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Volunteer Opportunity
 
CNYWBA Members are invited to serve as volunteer judges for the annual Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition at the  50th Annual Regional Convention of the  Northeast Black Law Student Association (NEBLSA). The competition will take place in Albany, NY and is set to begin on Thursday, January 25th and end on Saturday, January 27th.
