Shelley Murphy: Mindfulness and Resilience to Stress

Mindfulness has been shown to strengthen resilience to stress, executive functioning, self-regulation, empathy and perspective-taking, and mental health. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn about trauma-informed mindfulness approaches for helping both adults and children calm their bodies and minds.
