Apple Harvest Time from the Wolcott-Moore Family Ranch!

We're closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
for the 3-day Labor Day Weekend
(Regular class schedule on Friday)
It's been a very busy summer at Anasa!   I'm so grateful for the abundance we are witnessing with classes growing and new faces joining the community every day .

Deep gratitude to all of you who've shared the abundance from your summer garden harvests. Lemons, cucumbers, and tomatoes are extra tasty when you know they're grown with loving hands...with love for the earth from which they come.  As the seasons change, it's a good time to bring awareness into what we have cultivated and harvested in our own lives.  And if you need a little help uncovering your potential, or revealing your vision, keep reading about our weekend offerings...we have  more workshops than ever during the next few months! Plus new classes and new Teachers prepared to share their wisdom with all of you.

Please pre-register for events at AnasaOakland.com to take advantage of EARLY BIRD PRICING and help us plan in advance for this amazing line-up of holistic offerings!  CPR Training is back by popular demand and is open to everyone.

May the remaining days of summer and early days of fall offer just the right balance of work & play, family & friends, and self-care & peace to nurture your soul.

"You are your best thing." - Toni Morrison

Blessings to All,
Jean Marie
