Research has shown that a student's skills and knowledge often deteriorate during the summer months. Some kids like their screens so much that their activity declines, often leading to weight gain. Academic activity during the summer months can improve achievement.

Thank you to everyone who responded to our 2019 Spring WorkLife Office Satisfaction Survey!  We appreciate your help to keep us informed about our performance. We send out satisfaction surveys twice a year to gather feedback from you and others to help us get better at doing what we enjoy doing so much - helping people across the university.

Outstanding Supervisor Award nominations are due

The Outstanding Supervisor Award honors Michigan State University supervisors who have consistently demonstrated work/life sensitivity and support of the professional/personal needs of the employees in their unit.

Winners announced for National Boss Day in October.

    Fatherhood Forum | Elements of Fatherhood

    This annual event is a forum for fathers who want to enhance their greatness as a parent. This year's event will be on September 20 at Lansing Community College West Campus. The WorkLife Office is proud to collaborate with many other offices on campus as well as community partners to make this event a highly regarded event in the community. It is free and open to the public. Registration opens soon.
