Impact - Your support helps celebrate success

On September 9, Opportunity Partners once again held its annual Success Celebration at the Hyland Hills Chalet in Bloomington. During the ceremony, we honored five individuals who exemplify our organizational values of Impact, Choice, Heart, Partnership and Spirit! Congratulations to the winners and all of the nominees, We are proud of each and every one of you!

Less than a mile from Koch Campus, the new facility is close to downtown Hopkins and ample community activities!
Choice - New location in the works!

We are excited to announce that we will be relocating our Eden Prairie Golden Opportunity and Edina Brain Injury Services to a new building in Minnetonka. We are refurbishing the facility to meet the needs of the individuals we serve, and we will be working closely with teams, residences and transportation providers to ensure a smooth transition for everyone! We will also be organizing field trips so individuals can check out the new space before the move.
Partnership - Innovation grant to boost employment

Sarah is one of our interns who was hired at Arby's
Opportunity Partners was recently awarded a two-year $293,035 innovation grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services Disability Services Division. This grant will support a new pilot project that is pairing people with disabilities with peer mentors at Twin Cities businesses with a goal of increasing competitive, integrated employment. Funds will also be used to provide supplemental transportation for interns and others via Blue & White taxi services. This pilot project was developed as part of Opportunity Partners' Together Works Better initiative that was launched in 2016. To learn more about the project, contact Josh Grinolds.
Heart - Thank you donors!

On September 21, we held our annual Donor Appreciation Luncheon at The Minikahda Club in Minneapolis. Over 120 people gathered to hear stories from staff, families and people served about how their support makes a difference.
