How was this done?
We drew the Mona Lisa by creating a path/program for the arm to follow. To create a path for gluing or dispensing applications, simply import a .csv file with the x,y,z coordinates to the robot's work space.
Want to try this out for yourself?
In order to create detailed paths out of an image/picture (like the Mona Lisa or your company logo) just convert the desired image into a .svg file (vector based image). From that vector image you can get the G-code. Extract the x,y,z points from the G-code, put those into a .csv file and import them to the robot's work space.
Have a certain application that might benefit from this kind of programming?
Or do you just want to see a robot draw your company logo?
