LFHS Confidential Reporting Tool
Safety is a top priority at Lake Forest High School. The Confidential Reporting Tool (CRT) is an internal notification system designed to inform school officials about potential threats to safety and security at LFHS. Students can access this resource on their Chromebooks, or in the Student Portal of the LFHS Homepage.
The Confidential Reporting Tool is not a replacement for “Text A Tip”. Students who need to contact a Licensed Clinical Social Worker should continue to use “Text A Tip.”
The CRT can be used to report any of the following situations:
- School Violence/Threats
- Weapons
- Bullying/Harassment
- Drug activity
- Other issues affecting LFHS students
When a report is received, a School Administrator will evaluate the information and take action to address the issue. Students are not required to provide their names in order to make a report. Submissions are only monitored during school hours.
In the event of an emergency after hours, or away from campus, students should call 911.

Information for APT LFHS Directory
We are excited to announce that we will be using Membership Toolkit for our Directory, starting with the 2019-2020 school year. This is a new system, so
every parent / guardian must log in to add / review / change their info in order to be included in the directory.
Here's what you need to do:
- Go to https://lfhsapt.membershiptoolkit.com
- Click on the Register/Login button.
- If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
- Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
- Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
- Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.
- Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
Don’t forget to join the APT! A free printed copy of the directory is included in your membership.
For APT LFHS directory or membership questions, please contact Niki Walsh nbrewer@gmail.com
