PITTSBURGH - DID YOU KNOW?
With the new school year upon us, there is no better place to highlight than the University of Pittsburgh’s Cathedral of Learning . It is the second tallest university building in the world standing at 535-feet tall and the focal point of the campus. It is also the eighth tallest building in Pittsburgh making it a stand out in the city’s skyline. Constructed between 1926 and 1937, the Cathedral is done in a late gothic revival style and contains noted examples of stained glass, stone, wood, and iron work.

Visitor hours are Mon-Sat 9:00am-2:30pm (last tour), and Sun 11:00am-2:30pm if you would like to tour the historic building while in Pittsburgh for METALCON 2019.
