Onsite registration begins on Wednesday, August 21 at the JW Marriott L.A. Live (Level 4, Diamond Foyer) and will be open:
Wednesday, August 21, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday, August 22, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, August 23, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Full payment is required at the time of registration. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted during on-site registration.
The full conference registration fee provides you access to all conference events for one person except the invitation-only events, DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Trainings, Bill Walker Memorial Golf Tournament and Celebrating Women in Aviation Breakfast, which have additional registration fees. The Wednesday, Thursday or Friday Day Passes covers all conference events for that day of your pass for one person except the invitation-only events, DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Trainings, Bill Walker Memorial Golf Tournament and
Celebrating Women in Aviation Breakfast, which have additional registration fees.
EVENT ACCESS
Your badge and accompanying tickets, which you will receive at registration, is your passport to all events and should always be kept with you. You will not be admitted to any conference events without your badge. Badges are non-transferable and admit one registrant into the applicable event. Without a badge, registrants will not be admitted.
TRANSPORTATION
Bill Walker Memorial Golf Tournament – Wednesday, August 21 – meet at 6:00 am

Transportation will be provided to and from the Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort to registered golfers who indicated their desire for transportation in advance. Meet at the JW Marriott 1st level West Road entrance at 6:00 am on Wednesday, August 21. Any registered golfers who did not indicate their desire for transportation in advance are welcome to come to the meeting point as well and will be accommodated based on space and availability.
Mobile Workshop: LAX – Saturday, August 24 – meet at 9:00 am
