Food and Social Justice "CASC Talk" hosted next

CASC Talk: Food and Social Justice
Join us in a panel discussion on race, food sovereignty, and sustainability within the food justice movement. Panelist engaged in food justice efforts including organizers, activists, and advocates, will share their experiences, challenges, and strategies toward action, namely in urban neighborhoods. Light refreshments will be provided.

CASC/MSW SSW Application Essay Writing Workshop
Current CASC students who are applying to the MSW program at the University of Michigan will have the opportunity to review their MSW application essays with CASC alumni who are currently in the MSW program. Please sign-up in advance for a time slot on this

The Center for Socially Engaged Design (C-SED) will recognize design teams that demonstrate substantial attention to social, cultural, economic, and environmental contexts in their design process and presentation.
