Earlier this week, on Monday October 2, 2017, Program Bulletin 2017-12 had an error in its FHA Deeds of Trust attachments to be used starting November 1, 2017. The ECTP Deed of Trust was attached twice while omitting the MyHome Deed of Trust. Program Bulletin 2017-12 is now updated with the correct Deeds of Trust.
Reminder: CalHFA strongly advises lenders to draw all CalHFA closing documents through its Closing Doc Wizard in its Mortgage Access System (MAS). Drawing documents through MAS ensures the correct notes and deeds are being used for each applicable subordinate loan.
