Asset Management Planning Funding
The final intake deadline for the 2019
Asset Management Planning grant program is October 4, 2019. The program can provide up to 50% of project costs to the grant maximum of $15,000. The focus of the program is capacity building, supporting initial and improved assessment, and planning activities.

UBCM Benefits Plan Marketing Review
UBCM will be conducting a Plan Marketing Review of the UBCM Group Benefits Plan for insurance services in October 2019. UBCM is one of several public sector organizations who will be working together as part of this process and, in aggregate, this initiative is expected to be one of the largest group benefit marketing exercises ever conducted in Canada. Input requested on BC Animal Health Act regulation
The Ministry of Agriculture is seeking feedback on a proposed premises identification regulation under the BC Animal Health Act. The regulation would require all premises where farm animals are raised, kept, assembled, or disposed of to be registered at no cost with the Ministry's Premises ID program. Read more
