Jose Gonzalez assumed the role of Director of Engineering, managing the estimation, engineering and programming teams supporting all of our business Solutions. Jose comes to Parallel with 30 years of experience in the industry. Jose has held a number of leadership positions and comes with experience in building highly functioning teams, driving operational efficiencies, and simplifying process - which aligns perfectly with our 3-year One Parallel Mission. Since the outbreak of SARS, and more recently COVID 19, there has been a large spike in the numbers of companies and manufacturers that offer infrared temperature scanning systems. JAMES CRABTREE NAMED SERVICE MANAGER
Congratulations are due for James Crabtree who was recently named as Service Manager! James got his start at Parallel in a sales role and quickly learned the ropes, building meaningful relationships with his clients. This set a great foundation for his transition to our Service Department.
With his combination of sales and operations experience, James has added depth to the customer experience and brought a hybrid perspective to our Service operations. Our clients should expect to see James whenever they need service or are interested in our managed services offerings. Congratulations James!

With salons closing their doors for several months, many of our sales team found their hair getting a
little out of hand. Luckily, former Parallel employee Charlie Krengel was able to visit our offices and offer some much needed cuts to the team.
