The Kiwanis Club of Greater Woodbury invites the public to attend a presentation by Dr. Stanley El, D.Div, during the noon-time lunch meeting on December 14, 2017.

We are the examples of what we want our youth to be , Dr. El's presentation will reflect on the opportunities to advance today's youth. Among other things, El will explain why this requires virtuous leadership in youth development organizations. A mentor and coach to many young people, Dr. El will offer insights that expand upon the purpose of life and the responsibilities it entails. Presentation highlights will include Dr. El's thoughts on life's meaning, the definition of age, virtuous leadership, and becoming a role model. In addition, works from Dr. El's exhibit To be the Best Possible Example will appear on display.

Dr. El embarked on a career as an entrepreneur at age 17, directly out of high school. Five years later, El became a graphic designer for a national company while running his own business. And at age 28, El focused exclusively on building his business, STAN EL Marketing Support, a full-service business development and marketing firm. Eventually El became a consultant to national companies, including Fortune 500s. The year 1993 saw El begin a two-year stint as President of the American Marketing Association's Philadelphia Chapter. In 1995, El became a radio commentator and talk show host. And in 1996, El founded The National Society of American Business Owners. El accomplished all this, and much more, without having attended college.

With respect to the Greater Woodbury Kiwanis Club, El commented, "There are residents within the City of Woodbury who care enough to give of their time, energy and resources to enrich lives, especially those of the younger generation."

The meeting starts at 12 pm on December 14, at Charlie Brown's, 111 N Broad Street. An optional lunch is available for $13.00, including the famous Unlimited Farmer's Market Salad Bar™.
