Like many non-profits, we are not immune to the effects of Covid-19. Today is the day we would have been playing golf at Eagle Vines, enjoying lunch, excitedly bidding on auction items, engaging in our 2nd annual Bake-Off Auction, relishing in great conversation and camaraderie over a delicious dinner - and of course, awaiting the awards ceremony for the winners!
In addition to this year's cancellation of our 9th Annual Swing for Supplies Golf Tournament and Fundraiser, our Lucky Penny Production fundraiser in June has been cancelled. It is uncertain whether we will be able to run our Back to School Supply Drive in July/August or our Fill-a-Bus Drive. Devastatingly, the Covid-19 pandemic has left us short of our yearly budget requirements and goals.
The above being said, and as much as we hate to ask, we desperately need donations from our supporters who are able to give. As you likely know, we are a small, grassroots non-profit that receives no federal or state funding, so we cannot survive without your help. If you are able please help us.

TRCNB and NVUSD Partner

to Aid Parents and Students


During Shelter in Place TRCNB, with the help of our incredibly dedicated volunteers, packed and distributed 200 bags of classroom supplies to Redwood Middle, Napa High, Shearer and American Canyon Middle Schools. Parents and students within NVUSD were invited to pick up free breakfasts and lunches with the added treat of a bag full of core supplies and fun arts and crafts items.

For those of you who asked, it seems appropriate at this time to give you a brief overview of our average MONTHLY expenses.

Operating Expenses - $3,542

(Includes warehouse and office rental, office and business expenses, Constant Contact fees, outside services, phone, non-profit liability insurance, etc.)

Shipping Expenses - $500

(Yearly budget at $6,000 covers large corporate donations that are given to us free of charge through our membership in Kids in Need Foundation. We pay for shipping.)

Purchase of New Core School Supplies - $583
