Dear Village Resident ,
Vehicle Stickers are now on sale! You should receive your vehicle sticker form in the mail soon. Purchase stickers through the mail, in person, or drop the form in the drop box in front of the Municipal Centre building. Stickers go on the driver's side windshield but make sure it is not too hot or too cold when applying it. Purchase them by October 1 to avoid late fees.
Under New Ownership!
Please welcome Grady and Courtney Symonds from Lake Barrington as the new owners of Your World Fitness ! They took ownership in August and are currently in the process of many upgrades. Just to name a few: complete renovation of locker rooms, new paint, new rubber flooring throughout, new LED lights and fans, and much more. Join Cub Scouting
Cub Scout Pack 340 has a lot of fun activities planned for this fall and winter (camping, cake bake, overnight in a cave and much more!) Come to the fall recruiting event this Friday, Sept. 6 at 6:30 pm at the Spring Grove  State Bank of the Lakes . Get a Library Card in September
September is Library Card Sign-Up Month at Nippersink Library. Sign up this month and be entered in a raffle. Did you know the library works closely with the schools to help students of all ages with their homework assignments? In addition, the OMNI e-book platform for teens and children keeps growing! The collection can be searched by grade level, fiction and non-fiction. Visit them here .

Dance Class for all Ages
Thriller Dance Classes are starting this Thursday, September 5, at 7 pm at WLAC! You will learn the choreography to 3 songs including the iconic Thriller. These classes are for those age 13 and up - adults encouraged to sign up!   This is an 8-week class ($85) with limited openings remaining. Get in on the fun and register online here or call them for more information at 815-675-3005. Spring Grove Explorer Post 1800
Spring Grove Explorer Post 1800 is now accepting applications for the 2019/2020 program. This program is open to young men and women between the ages of 15-21 from Spring Grove and neighboring McHenry County communities. Applications are available here or at the fire station, 8214 Richardson Road.
