Do You Enjoy Wednesday Dinners? They're Back Starting September 11
Come and enjoy a great meal with family and friends! This year we welcome a new Wednesday Night Dinner Team and are seeking volunteers to join us. This team plans the menu, orders and preps food for the serving teams, and offers a great meal to our congregation.

Volunteering is easy and simple--even a couple hours a week is a huge help. We are seeking 3-5 more volunteers to help with various preparation duties on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. If you would like to help with our delicious Wednesday dinners, please contact Kathy Tinker or Jeni Stifter .
Get Your Green Thumb On - September 14
The landscape committee will be having a work day on September 14 and is looking for volunteers . At that time any members who have Ajuga or Lamium donations can bring them that day to plant. In addition to planting, there will be other tasks that need to be completed. Visit our table during Rally Weekend for more information. Thank you for helping make our grounds beautiful and inviting.
Are You a Creative Soul?
We have a project for you . A couple of years ago, our 9th grade confirmation students painted ceramic tiles featuring a favorite bible verse. We'd like to get these tiles framed in groups and placed in the youth room. If you are interested in working on this special project, let the church office know.

Trumpet Donated for Music Ministry
Pastor Kristie donated a student-level trumpet to CoG Music Ministry when she left. We would like to lend it to either a beginner or a more experienced player who does not have an instrument in the hope of providing music, eventually, for worship. If you are interested, see Tom Paulson, Director of Music and Worship.
A Celebration of Peace
On September 28 & 29 , Crown of Glory will be holding a special celebration in honor of the one-year anniversary of our peace pole installation. Watch for more information and details about how we will celebrate within our congregation and with the Chaska community. Stay tuned.
