HELPING OUR NEIGHBORS IN MINNEAPOLIS!

A big THANK YOU to everyone who has donated food and supplies to our neighbors in Minneapolis! We are so appreciative of your contributions! The need continues to be great. So if you have not yet donated (or would like to make additional donations), please know that we are continuing to collect food, personal hygiene items, and cleaning supplies to be brought to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and Urban Ventures. You can drop off your items at Grace anytime between 8:00-3:00 Monday-Thursday, and 8:00-11:00 on Friday. The following items are most needed at this time. (Note: Although some items are likely to remain on this list from week to week, others will change depending on current needs.)

Note: Some people have asked about the status of our emergency food shelf here at Grace. At this time, we don’t need additional donations because we are fully stocked and ready to help those who come through our doors.

Prayers

We celebrate with Anita Thomas and Karl Sluis, the birth of their first Grandchild, Henry Jeffrey Sluis and bless them as they welcome him into their lives.

For all who have not been granted the healing they desire and for all who cannot access the care they need, send social workers, doctors, parish nurses, and other caregivers. Today we pray especially for Darlene Jorgenson, Shannan Gautschi, Arden Kirkendall, John Malecha, Rick Reisdorph, Jack Zirkle, Nancy Klein, Carroll Potter, Joe Bailey, Julie Swedberg, Christopher Sluis, Kathy Lovik, and Judi Wold. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.

Heavenly Father, we pray for those who have recently lost loved ones, especially today we pray for Mary Danielson & family upon the death of Mary’s brother, Frank . Surround them with your love as they grieve this loss in their lives.

Worship

Worship will be posted by 5:00 pm on Saturday. Please join us for worship on our webpage, Youtube channel, or on our Facebook page. We invite you to take pictures of your family worshipping together and posting them in the comments, so that we can see you and imagine being together.
