Last week during Microsoft’s quarterly earnings call, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella suggested that the world has seen
two years' worth of digital transformation
in two months. Tough to know for sure if he’s right, but it rings true. We’ve likely all experienced this acceleration as we try to stay connected to others in new ways with quarantine challenging us to adapt. Frankly, it’s hard to believe that several weeks ago we were able to quickly shift our team to remote/home offices in response to stay at home orders without any significant interruption to our work in serving our clients and friends of the firm. While less than ideal—we dearly miss seeing you and each other—we’re grateful for the ways technology has enabled us to stay connected and productive. We find ourselves motivated to grow in new ways and it’s given us plenty of opportunity to live out one of our team
values:
“We are committed to lifelong learning and will embrace change and innovation that moves us and our clients forward.”
With that in mind, we are pleased to share a number of things we’ve been working on in an effort to keep our relationship with you and our clients moving forward.
- Electronic Signatures and Authorization for most of our client paperwork.
- Advances in secure document sharing.
- Improved digital communication.
- Tschetter Group Client Portal & Mobile App.
- Schwab Online Access.
On the Horizon
Everything we do has a goal of serving our clients better and we hope these bring real and tangible value. If you or someone you know might benefit from our forward thinking approach to innovation, please let us know. We’d love the opportunity to keep getting better for you or them!
