Help our Teachers
Are you interested in being a room parent? A room parent is someone who works closely with their classroom teacher to help with all the extra details such as organizing field trips, meeting classroom needs. You would need to commit to one evening meeting per month to stay connected. If you are interested, please contact Elaine at [email protected]

Our theme for this year is Mining Knowledge. Mining knowledge is based on Psalm 18:2
"The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;

my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold."

School Supply List

New Vaccine Requirements
A new law was passed in Washington state which takes effect on July 28, 2019 and removes the option for a personal / philosophical exemption to the MMR vaccine requirement for schools and child cares. All students / child care attendees who have previously had a personal /philosophical belief exemption for MMR will need to get the 2-dose vaccine or a valid signed medical or religious exemption in order to attend school or child care. Public and private schools follow the same immunization laws, so by law we need all our families to be in compliance by September 3, 2019. You can find more information at the WA Department of Health exemption law change web page, including FAQs:  www.doh.wa.gov/mmrexemption
Please contact your pediatrician or health care provider with any questions.
