The Village of Bald Head Island's Village Council will hold public hearings in September and October to receive input on proposed changes to the Transportation Ordinance. Most of the changes are designed to limit the use of I.C.E. (internal combustion engine) vehicles on the Island.
Two areas that the Council is considering may have an impact on property owners. BHA's Board of Directors is seeking feedback on the proposed ordinance through a short, anonymous online survey which will remain open through September 10th.
The survey results will be relayed by the BHA Board to the Village Council for consideration, and then made available to the membership.
