It's a pretty busy time for us all so my message will be brief. As we rush headlong into the hectic holiday season, I'd like to invite you to do something simple and beneficial: Focus on gratitude.

Feeling Grateful
Identify one thing - big or small - for which you are grateful. Keep in mind: It is impossible to be unhappy when you are feeling grateful.

Give it a try! Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and (silently or out loud) complete this thought:

I am grateful for ______________________________.

Get into the good habit of starting and ending each day with gratitude.
