ANSI Standard - Safety Colors

|
DANGER indicates an immediate hazard which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
WARNING indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION indicates a potentially hazardous situation which ,if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE provides general information that is important or relevant to a building, an area, a machine or equipment.
INSTRUCTIONS are used to provide notices of general practice and rules relative to general safety.

Quick Response (QR) codes are a great way to deliver detailed and variable messaging since the delivery of these messages is as simple as scanning the code on a smartphone.

Kitting is a finishing process that allows for the assembly of individual labels into a ready-to-ship sets or kits. So if a piece of equipment or product has multiple identifying decals, such as safety decals, a brand logo, reflective tape, model plate, etc. - all of these parts would come packaged as one complete kit.
This cost effective process allows the person or team responsible for application of these various products, to be able to grab one complete assembly kit without having to take the additional time to locate all decals and labels individually. All items needed for a specific piece of equipment, is packaged together and accessible.
Other benefits in using kitting

- 1 SKU for entire trailer: all decals printed as one part number streamlines ordering process
- ALL parts are included: parts produced from different production processes are a grouped into one kit
- Eliminates human error: only the correct parts are in the kit so no chance for any other decal to get pulled and applied
