This Summer we will have drop in Intention Circle Groups.  Exploring the power of intention: getting clear on what you want and learning how to effectively work with energy that is freely ours to create great results. Join us for an experiential immersion in the field of possibility through intention.

Catherine and Lorraine are now offering two Intention Circle drop-in opportunities; at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesdays or at 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays, in the Fillmore room. 

Everyone is welcome to this Powerful experience of conscious creation.   Also there is a pink poster on the back wall regarding an Intention Circles retreat in early October. You can speak with Lorraine or Catherine about that.

Margaret facilitates a Sacred Gathering on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m., This Sacred Gathering series will take place on the first Sunday evening of each month and is open to everyone.

Metaphysical Network presents Samantha and Sandi from Soul Sisters, Talk Title:    Soul Sisters will be talking about flower remedies, in particular the Bach flower remedies, and how they can be used in supporting emotional health. Samantha and Sandi have personally used and learned about the remedies over the years and their goal is to share information so that others can learn and experience the benefits of the remedies to support their emotional health.

Soul Sisters was established in Nanaimo in 2018 in a collaborative effort between Sandi from Knead it or Knot Massage, Samantha from Reflexology by Samantha and Andrea from Massage by Andrea. Soul Sisters holds monthly remedy nights and crafts their own homemade products and offers a selection of jewellery, crystals, salt and selenite lamps for purchase by appointment at their shop.

Samantha and Sandi are trained in Western, Asian and Integrated Styles of Reflexology and offer individual reflexology sessions and home visits by request. Sandi also offers hot stone massage, bamboo massage, aromatherapy and Chinese cupping therapy sessions. Samantha also offers Reiki and Crystal Healing Therapy sessions. Andrea offer hot stone massages.

You are invited to participate in Unity World Day of Prayer, a 24-hour Prayer Vigil and meditation. As always, the names and requests you send us will be held in silent prayer during the vigil.

Draw upon divine power and presence to realize the limitless possibilities in your life.

Join together with tens of thousands of people around the world. Together we will hold the high watch during World Day of Prayer, affirming that ­there is no spot where God is not. Wherever we are, God is. ­

How Can You Participate in World Day of Prayer?

We invite all to submit a prayer request and light a virtual candle.

The vigil begins Wednesday, September 11, at 7 p.m.

Guiding Prayer: Breathing in to prayer, I am in awe of the unbound spirit, the infinite presence within and around me. God is vitality in my breath, beauty in the natural world, strength in my determination, and compassion in my acts of service. I recognize God in the spaciousness of the universe as well as in my limitless dreams. Let me set my sight beyond where I have seen before, into the vast reality of divine power and presence. Let me draw upon divine power and presence in order to fulfill my great potential. In the harmony of prayer, my heart beats to the rhythm of God. The pulse of infinite life moves me, nourishes me, and empowers me to give life to my dreams.

Fridays from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., you are welcome to join our Gardening Angels for weeding, labyrinth maintenance and fun.

The desire has been expressed to have new name tags. These new name tags are magnetic and easy to attach to any material. Please sign up at the info table at Unity on Sundays for Your New Gold Name Tag. The name tags are $14 each and must be paid in advance.

 

 

Quality Foods Q Points

Unity of Nanaimo collects Q points.  Cards are available at the information table with Unity's Q-card number, or you can transfer points to Unity Church of Nanaimo at the Customer Service Desk.  Points are used to buy turkeys for the Christmas hampers prepared by Unity Centre of Nanaimo.

Bottle Recycling for Unity.

Individuals can now take their bottle returns to The Return It depot on Hayes Rd and ask that their refund be credited to the Unity account or you can drop them off here.  Thanks so much for your continued support!
